Lee's Bio...
Lee started out his professional career as an electrician undertaking contracting work in his local area, after a few years he joined a large manufacturing company where he became an Engineering Technician after completing his Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.In 2015 Lee entered the PFI healthcare industry first starting out as a Engineering Compliance manager at the Royal Derby Hospital followed by a senior position as a Principal Electrical Engineer, he has worked on several large hospital PFI contracts in the UK such as Manchester Royal infirmary as a Technical Manager and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham as a Lifecycle Project Manager.
In this time Lee went onto to undertake his Masters degree and became an IET accredited Chartered Engineer, as well as his duties on the various sites he works on he also undertakes national committee works for BSI, IET and IHEEM, contributing to the development of regulations.

Andreea's Bio...
Andreea started her career in the Construction Industry as a Project Administrator for a medium sized HVAC Design & Build Contractor, soon enrolling into a Degree Apprenticeship for Building Services Engineering.
Her experience includes involvement in substantial refurbishment and upgrade projects within operational buildings, as well as large scale new-built projects in commercial, residential and public institutions.
Over 10 years of experience in all aspects of HVAC projects ranging from client concept, commercial matters, design, mechanical services consultancy, surveying, detailed design , day-to-day running, successful handover and post completion monitoring.
As a full member of IHEEM, in recent years she has worked in complex PFI Healthcare environments liaising with all relevant stakeholders to successfully navigate the implementation of projects in hospitals.
